Minors 15-17
Limited Piercings:
Ear cartilage, nostril, septum, lip, eyebrow, navel (bellybutton)

Adults 18+
All services offered

Additional Documents, may be required depending on the relationship of minor to the guardian.

Birth Certificates are REQUIRED for all piercing servcies for Minors
All Documents must be physically present at the time of service.
Digital Copies will not be accepted.
School ID's not accepted.
