Age Requirements

8-14 years old: lobes only

15-17: most services (excludes nipples)

18+ all services I offer

 

Identification Requirements

Minors 8-17 for Lobes only: Birth Certificate of Minor plus the valid photo ID (State or Federal Issued) of the parent/guardian. Last names must align on all documents*

Minors 15-17 more than lobes: Birth Certificate of Minor and the Valid photo ID (State or Federal Issued) from both the minor and the parent/guardian. Last names must align on all documents*  School IDs will not be accepted.

Adults 18+: Valid Photo ID, State or Federal Issued

 

* Additional Documents may be required depending on the relationship of minor to the guardian. Ask for more details.

Birth Certificates wil be REQUIRED for all piercing servcies for Minors

​

All Documents must be physically present at the time of Service.

Digital Copies will not be sufficient enough for Identification.
