No-Show and Grace Period Policy
No-Call, No-Show
Life gets chaotic, I get it! Sometimes we are running late or something unexpected pops up.
All I ask in regard to your appointment is communication.
If I do not recieve any communication from you about needing to cancel, reschedule, or maybe you're just running late, it will be considered a No-Call, No-Show.

After the first No-Show: Every time you schedule, a deposit equal to the value of the service will be required to book. The deposit goes toward the final cost of the service.
Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment forfeits the deposit.
Arriving later than the Grace Period forfeits the deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Grace Period Policy
15 Minute appointment: 3-5 minute Grade Period
30+ minute appointemnt: 10 minute Grace Period

Arriving later than the grace period will result in a no-show on your client profile.
I recommend arriving to your appointment 10 mintues early. ​​​​​​​
