No-Call, No-Show

Life gets chaotic, I get it! Sometimes we are running late or something unexpected pops up.

All I ask in regard to your appointment is communication.

If I do not recieve any communication from you about needing to cancel, reschedule, or maybe you're just running late, it will be considered a No-Call, No-Show.

Grace Period Policy

15/30 Minute appointment: 5 minute Grade Period 

45+ min appointemnt: 10 minute Grace Period

Arriving later than the grace period will result in  the loss of your deposit.

 

 I recommend arriving to your appointment 10 mintues early. ​​​​​​​
